Aid Transparency Resources

Since the 2005 Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness, followed up by the 2008 Accra Agenda for Action aid tracking and transparency has received a lot of attention.

The International Aid Transparency Initiative is attempting to compile a set of internationally agreed standards for the sharing of aid information. Its first Scoping Paper was published in April 2009.

aidinfo.org is “an interactive resource for everyone interested in aid information” and is maintained by Development Initiatives.

Publish What You Fund is a campaigning organisation for aid transparency. It maintains links to a range of aid tracking initiatives.

The Aid Effectiveness Portal is maintained by the UNDP and contains a range of information on aid tracking.
